Munich based photographer and designer
Born and raised in Munich, he studied design at the Nuremberg University of Applied Sciences Georg Simon Ohm, before going on to study business administration at the University of Applied Sciences Munich.
Since his early childhood, the designer and dedicated as well as experienced photographer, Alessandro Emrich, has had a place for any type of data medium in his heart.
He stands out by pursuing and capturing precious moments and details that others might not even notice and would otherwise be gone for ever.
As a formally trained designer, he wields this passion through an astute view and takes inspiration from profane circumstances. Among other things he encounters on his way, his pool of inspiration is filled with impressions caught both in nature and in urban settings and observed in different cultures.
In particular, he made his way across Asia, exploring the country little more than his Nikon as baggage.
«Beauty is important. It gives us hope.»
- Mark Sampson
The intention of his work is to create a level between simplicity through minimization but with preservation of the essential.
It should always aim to regain consciousness of these memories and feelings and enable the beholder to rebuild someone's past.
He had a creative upbringing and as a child he enthusiastically spent a lot of time on his artwork. In 2004 he founded Cassiny - the resulting works, exhibitions and songs are both carefree and highly structured.
In order to expand the horizon he perceives, his musical compositions act as an antidote to tedium and absurdity.
